Klithjem Seaside Hotel in Vejers is looking for a qualified waiter/waitress for a permanent full-time position (37 hours per week), with a start date as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities 
As part of our restaurant team, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional and welcoming table service
• Greeting guests and assisting them throughout their visit
• Setting, clearing, and preparing restaurant areas
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure the best possible guest experience
• Promoting and selling food and beverages
• Maintaining high standards of quality and service in all situations
• Carrying out other tasks that naturally fall within the scope of the position.

Who are you?

• Are a qualified waiter/waitress
• Have experience in food service and guest hospitality
• Take pride in delivering service that exceeds expectations
• Can stay calm and maintain an overview, even during busy periods
• Are flexible, positive, and a great team player
• Speak Danish and preferably English or German as well

About Klithjem Seaside Hotel
Klithjem is a historic seaside hotel located by Vejers Beach, just 350 metres from the North Sea. The hotel offers 24 rooms, is exclusively for adults, and includes half board with breakfast and a three-course evening dining experience. It is one of the few remaining traditional seaside hotels on Denmark’s west coast – a place that has stood on the same foundation since 1925. Klithjem Seaside Hotel is for guests who choose tranquillity over noise and genuine presence over fast-paced entertainment.
